5 Hidden Blind Spots Keeping Successful Working Moms Stretched Too Thin
The Real Mother Effort 5-Day Series
You're good at what you do.
You lead. You solve problems. You take care of people. You can handle a LOT.
So why does it sometimes feel like your brain never powers down, and no matter how much you get done, you're still trying to catch up?
Because the thing driving you crazy might not be the actual problem.
Over five days, I'll introduce you to five hidden blind spots I see again and again in the successful working moms I coach.
One email a day…that’s it
-
No homework.
No new system to maintain. Nothing else to put on your to-do list.
-
Just real stories,
a different way to look at what’s going on, and a few opportunities to notice what’s actually making your life feel harder than it needs to.
-
My hope?
That somewhere along the way, you’ll have an: ‘Ooh, that’s what going on!’ moment
-
And that can be
the beginning of changing it.
I'm Lauren Mora
I’m a coach, business owner, mom of three, and host of The Real Mother Effort podcast.
Before this work, I spent years in corporate leadership roles where clarity, strategy, and execution mattered.
Then I became a parent and realized something:
I knew how to lead teams, manage priorities, and solve complicated problems at work, but I didn’t have the same kind of practical framework for managing the very real demands of work and family.
I looked for mentors and models for doing both well and couldn’t find what I needed.
So I built them.
Today, I help ambitious working moms get underneath the everyday chaos, figure out what’s actually making life feel harder than it needs to, and create practical ways forward that work for their real lives.
That’s exactly what I want to help you start seeing in this 5-Day Series.
